About Leibel:
Being the son of a Chabad Rabbi and grandson of one of the youngest survivors of Auschwitz, serving not a matter of if, but when. Leibel, at the age of 19, left his home in Cincinnati to enlist in the IDF. He served as a machine gunner in the Kfir Brigade, where he took part in numerous high profile anti-terror operations. Leibel has used his personal and family story to continue his service by fighting for the Jewish people in both mainstream and social media and speaking in communities around the world. Leibel is the recipient of a 2017 Jewish People's Choice Award, 2019 Hometown Hero Award, and has amassed over 70 million views on social media. Leibel is the Executive Director of Magen Am's Veterans Program - helping IDF lone soldier veterans reintegrate into civilian society, while leveraging their skills and experiences to provide the highest level of security for the Jewish community.
